·SPRING START UP - A spring start up will consist of our company scheduling a home appointment to turn the main water on, reprogram the controller, test run each zone, and adjust sprinkler heads as needed. Service and/or major repairs will be documented and scheduled for completion on a later date upon customer approval. (If time allows, service may be completed on the spot at standard service rates.)
·FALL WINTERIZATION - The fall winterization will consist of our company scheduling an appointment to turn off the main water supply to the irrigation system, blowing out the system, and turning off the controller.
* A+ Outdoor Services Lifetime Guarantee covers manufacturer’s defects, malfunctions and mechanical failure. The Lifetime Guarantee does not cover damage from vandalism, lawn equipment, lightning and/or electrical surge, abuse or any other uncontrollable circumstance. All on-site technicians will determine warranty upon arrival. Please note that systems installed by A+ Outdoor Services are covered by the Lifetime guarantee only if the customer annually registers for the A+ Advantage Plan. If A+ Outdoor Services did not install your system; only the parts installed by A+ Outdoor Services will be covered under the Lifetime Guarantee. No electrical pumps and/or motors will be covered under the A+ Lifetime Guarantee. Winterizations cannot be guaranteed unless A+ Outdoor Services performs the start-up due to possible premature start up.
** The Discounted A+ Advantage Plan Customer Rate is a 25% discount taken from the standard hourly rate and applies to all repairs, including those categorized under the Lifetime Guarantee. All A+ Advantage Plan customers eligible for the Lifetime Guarantee will receive a 25% discount on all additional parts not covered under the Guarantee. All standard rates will apply to all other non-irrigation service inquiries.
